I have a TLF reactor and like the ease of use and the price is right. I think they are all pretty much the same design. The one you posted is about $12 more than a TLF. One thing I would note, make sure you get one that comes apart easily as you will most likely be changing the media about once a month. I think you can go longer, but I personally change mine every month. The older TLF's have a bunh of screws to take it apart and can be a bit of a pain, compared to the newer screw-on top.

You want a slow flow through the reactor, so a small PH or pump will suffice.
