then, you are going to take activated carbon from a fish store, preferably marineland black diamond, since it does not leach phosphates and such, and put it in the bag and rinse it thoroughly in RO water. you are going to put this bag in an area of high flow, preferably in your aquaclear, if i am remembering your filtration correctly. just leave the bag in there, and change it after two weeks.
