Do not use sand paper on glass, you will go from bad to worse. Your very best bet is to replace the tank, if you try to buff it or fill the scratches you may make things worse and you will need to have the tank empty, clean and dry with the scratched surface laying flat. It is hard to work on a vertical surface and fillers will simply run out. This could also be a great time to change your nano size/shape or upgrade to a larger tank.
