i use the DIY two part irregularly. I add in a bit of Iodine, strongtium and molybdenum irregularly as well.

I want to get the essential Kent supplement but I think I just need to change my salt. I got this pail of Lab grade salt and I don't think it's as good as the instant ocean I used before. I've noticed a lot of recession on my favias that started a bit after I changed salt.

-edit, btw the alk/ca/mg shows fine on my api tests
