Ok so I turned this tank into a salamander tank and it was ok for about 2 weeks. I had to tape up the back and the feeding door so they stopped escaping. I must have lost 5 or 6 of them before I realized what was happening. After the tape up they were ok for about 2 weeks then I don't know they kept dying. I cleaned out the dead ones and caught salmonella which put me in the hospital for a week and one half a week.

When I got home I cleaned the Tank again with bleach, forumla 409, and windex and I have it running with sand and salt water and rocks I had from the original setup and some I found outside that look interesting. There are 7 striped and yellow tail damsels in there now. There were 9 but I can't find the other 2. Hopefully I will be able to keep things this time.
