I am so terribly sorry about your tank.;( It is a darn shame you live so far for us to help you out.;(
At least they are willing to charge half the price! Please take it very slow with the next set up. Allow it to mature before you add anything in it. Do you have any test kits to work with? Assuming you do, test the water for ammonia, nitrites, nitrates to begin with.
Once the ammonia climes, and comes back down to 0, your nitrites will rise as well. Once the nitrites start to come down your nitrates will start to climb. When your nitrates get below 20ppm you can then ad a fish. Check all of the above again. Once the nitrates get to below 20 you can add the next living animal. And so on, and so on. By the way we like to wait a few months before we start to add corals, and such. Most Fish are much more tolerant then corals.

I wish you the very best your second time around. Don't give up, you'll get there buddy!
