OK guys, I had to just take the bull by the horns and organize the party, hopefully the time and date will work for everyone!
Friday December 19th @ 7:30p.m. "On the Border" N. Academy & Briargate.
I told them we'll have 30-40 people there, if theres more or less we can adjust, I'd like an RSVP from you guys just so I can call them the day before and give them a more accurate head count. Member's and their spouses/girlfriends are invited.
We'll have a buffet style dinner, drinks and we'll probably buy a few pitchers of margaritas.
The club will take care of the food and non-alcoholic drinks and some pitchers of margaritas, you can also buy your own alcohol or other special menu items straight from the wait staff as well.
Raffle items would be great if anyone can get them, we'll have full run of the patio as long as we like.
