It should grow pretty quick ., Try to get a light from homedepot with a work fixture on it , it shouldnt cost more then $8 for the fixtre and 75 flood bulb , it should grow fairly quick with teh 75w.
I keep the light on . opposite of the main display

If you want pods try asking Ronen to order some trigger pods for you or order arthropods online. I did that last year (both) and a month later my tank was full of pods, and their population hasnt declined all this time (thank god). I think the key to triggering pod growth and keeping a pod population alive is by having alot of crevaces all over the tank. I have rubble piled up in the back corner of my tank as well as strewn about all over randomly, and those are the places where i noticed the highest populations. So i would suggest buying like 10 pounds of rubble (pending the size of your tank) and just pile it in the back or if you want in the front... thatll really help out your efforts. Good luck wwith it

I need pods. Please give me pods. Emphasis on free. You can drop them off on the curb and I'll drive by and swoop them up LOL
