I used to acclimate them to temp in the bag by floating it. Then I would put them in a container and drip acclimate them. This entailed an airline with a valve slowly dripping tank water in until the amount in the container doubled; at which point I would empty half and let it fill back up. I keep doing this for as long as I think is needed. I still do this for fish and inverts, but I have since taken to just putting my corals in after temp acclimating.

I temp float the bag for 30mins , open the bag , insert some tank water ,Inspect for eggs and suck wait 10 mins , few drops of flat worm exit , more tank water few more time.

then use new tank water to rinse off , and off into the frag tank , then the main tank in a day or so , I may do another flat worm exit to be safe
