Default Rena FilStar xP4?

I had a Rena FilStar xP2 on my 75g reef but it stopped working today. It has always been stressed to keep up with my tank. So I have decided to upgrade. I like how Rena FilStar works, but I cant decide between a xP3 or xP4. The cost is no problem, but I want to know if the xP4 is to big?

perhaps a proper reef filtration system including sump and protein skimmer if the better alternative for a tank that size.

You could also mod an Aquaclear 110 into a refugium, and then add a Remora protein skimmer for filtration.

Well I already have a Remora pro, but is there an easy way to convert from a canister to a sump. It is a drilled aquarium but the holes were plugged by the previous owner.
