I am soooo sorry that I have not sent the list earlier. I just sent you the list today and hope that it helps. The prices will be quoted upon request as they differ between who I sell to and I really don't have a set price list except for the prices that I use for distributors located in Hawaii and that is not a printed list---it is something in my head and on my invoices. Please keep in mind that it is football season now and my Saturdays are devoted to UH football/sports betting (hehehehehe.....) and Sunday to recovery from Saturday so I don't check computer much on those days unless I am working on an order/sale. By the way--- I wasn't ignoring the PM--- my girlfriend was the one who logged onto this forum to check on an address in my PM box that I needed.
