I'm giving you cash when i come over to work on your stand, you will have to call me to let me know when you want to do it though.

I also think you should have a cut off date. you don't want people sending money on the 7th.

Just a reminder for those that are coming to the meet. Please contact Pnoy for payment. only about 8 ppl paid out about 30 that replied. I dont want to see food go to waste or not have enuff for the amount of ppl coming.

Pnoy is also taking the time to go out and buy the food and drinks for us. This takes time and money.

You can contact me for Steve[s PP info, I told him I would give it out, so he is'nt overwhelmed with PM's, I'm sure he has enough to do alreadywith the meet getting close.

Everyone needs to realize that time is needed yo buy the food. IO think a head count and the people who've donated should be listed as a reminder.

I think the results of this will greatly influence anyone who is thinking about hosting a meet in the future. After all the person hosting the meet is disrupting there household and schedule in order to do this, we should'nt expect them to front the bills for it too.
