thanks guys, i like the new chalice, it came from a wild colony and looks crazy nice in person.
Dagersh, that is a Starry Blenny, it is an awesome fish that eats lots of algae, gets along well with all other fish and looks really nice.

Can anyone ID the crab on the third picture? it is all black with light hairy legs, does not seem to bother any corals or fish so far.

Nice tank. Cubes are my favorite.
I would try hard to rid the tank of the algae now before it gets out of hand.

sweet!
looks great...love the lps you got there...
the solona has starphire glass right?
if the crab is green...then possibly an emerald crab because they have hairy legs too...
also look up gorilla crab...thats not good for a reef..

If its a gorilla, will it kill fish or inverts?

ocholoco sorry for the late response, i am using a 24" TEK light.
I was bored and wanted to use up the back wall of the solana so i created a small rack out of some egg crate. Very simple, looks a lot better than in the picture and the frags seem to be happier there. Plus at night that is the first place the blue leds hit so the frags light up with some crazy colors.
