Default media reactor

does anyone have an opinion on a great media reactor for a 24g nano cube?

Reactor for gfo and carbon?

Bulk reef supply is nice but it's huge. 2 little phosban is probably the best choice, but it's a pain in the butt to clean the particles.

The shorty is nice but its really thick. Short and thick. The tlf is longer and thinner. Not sure how far tank us off the wall so if you hang it on the back of the cubw might not fit. Thats what happened to my tank.

I can vouch for Nextreef quality; top of the line stuff.

For a nano tank, well only if you need the best. If you are the kind of guy who buys Ecotech powerheads, top of the line LED fixtures, expensive corals, this is cerainly for you.

I have 2 of the tall XLs and couldn't be happier.

Here is my review.

One of my MR2's had a defect - top seam had a leak. A little PVC cement fixed that though

Hmm, surprised to hear.

Certain pieces on NexReef are better finished then stuff coming out of Avast. Both places produce quality products IMO.

Who knows - I'm not going to ding the product on that defect, it could have easily been UPS's fault. In fact, I'd say that's probably a lot more likely

From scratch or did you buy a DIY kit?
