I stick it all in a blender. Nori and seafood mix (squid, octo, mussell, crab, etc) from the asian store. Selcon w/ formula one, flake, cyclops, mysis, and this other all in one coral food i bought from the LFS. Idk what it's called but it's for the corals. I feed a dime sized piece 2 times a day.

Mysis, Cyclopeeze, Rod's Food, Prime Reef Formula to my reef. Omega Super Veggie, Prime Reef Formula, Mysis, Silversides, Prawns for the FOWLR.

All frozen foods rinsed in plain old tap water 3 to 4 times, and well drained. And then soaked in Selcon, Garlic Extreme & Vita Chem.

Krill for the turtle.

I feed daily!

I guess you can use one of those reusable coffee filters for cyclopeeze. I have never see solid waste in my cyclopeeze but I do in the mysis. The reason people rinse is to get out as much as possible of that waste water the food is fronzen in.
