Bob are you sure your fish was 53" ? That would put the bass in the mid 40lb-50lb class.

Wrong... Where do you get your facts from.. Every year for the last 4 years I have been catching around the same size fish... I fish.. Shore, party boat, friends boat... My boat needs one more steering cable and it's on again..lol This years big girl was 58"40lbs... not 53
No fish tales hear..

I get my facts from the thousands of stripers I boat every year and the numerous 40lb fish I have landed and seen over the years. There are also length/weight charts available online. Show me a pic of a 58" 40lb fish. You are telling fish tales or need a new ruler. Either that or your scale is broken. A 58" fish is a min of 55lbs......maybe 50lbs if it was a crack head.

Maybe it was on Meth lmao... That 's what the scale said....It wasn't my scale, I broke mines I weigh to many strippers.. Every year I catch around the same size fish between 50 and 56... This year I caught the 58 that was my biggest fish just off shore in the night.. If I didn't keep it I would think it was the same fish every year..
So your telling me you have caught a 50+ inch fish that matches their weight and height all the time... I doubt that... And I don't have to lie about anything.. I don't get paid to go fishing nor do I have any obligations or profit from a fish tale..
Oh yeah their are 2 local bait shops that have my pictures all over there walls...

Forget the keys, rookie mistake, fish of off fort Pierce and go for Marlin. Tarpon is running right now in Fort Pierce.

Got to love that New Moon fishing!
