My frogspawn is at the back of my tank where there isnt too much flow, just enough so the tentacles sway. And heightwise is middle of the tank. I used some epoxy on the base of the branch to attach it.

I have them on top of the tank , my lighting is 2x175mh and 2 vhos , they get moderate flow. But they are good in a low flow with good lighting , just not the crazy i need 2 rolls of quarters to keep them from gettting blown off type flow lol

I have mine middle of the tank where it gets enough flow to sway.
Too much flow will cut there flesh against their skeleton.

My lighting is 250w MH.

I have 1 on the bottom, 1 on the middle and one at the very top of the tank, all of them get good flow and light.

i try to keep them at the lowest flow spots in my tank, i reserve the better flow spots for SPS. as long as they are swaying in the current they should be fine. i also have them lower down in my tank as they dont need as much light as SPS.
