Default how do i raise my alk

how do i raise the alk in my tank i just got a test kit and did a test it turned pink when there was .05 left in the seringe.

i bought
-kh/alk profi test
- reeef carbonate, raises carbonate alkalinity
- reef plus concentrated vitamin and amino acid supplement
-reef trace trace element supplement for the reef aquaruim

im going to do more test but if my alk is reading 5.40 and my kh is 15.2 , do u think thats y my corals r looking stressed and bleached...
