OVERNIGTH ONLY!!!!! never ship on friday sat or sunday cause it wont get there..
Corals.. during the winter months ONLY OVERNIGHT..Summer months sometimes get there in two days but dont chance it..
OVERNIGHT.. The same way you get them delivered to your place

Fish may be in trouble!! Inverts on the other hand depending on what they are may survive.

Hmm 2 days in a bag is only good IF ,,they packed it with alot of water AND IF they used 48 to 60hr heat packs. I have been to supplies when their shipment was late 2 days and the fish were is a frag bag with very little water , most lived , but there was still lots of DOAs. These thing do happen. it part of the business . DOnt take this the wrong way either but it wont be the last time. just dont get yourself nuts over it , you have insurance , if anything file a claim

OH Boy OH Boy You guys don't even want to get me started on these crappy shipping companies. You'd figured a multi million dollar company would have ther shiat together but the sad fact is everyone is in-efficient. My arrive alive ratio to my house is 0%...Out of 10 orders and multiple companies not 1 has made it in any of my tanks!!!!!! Sorry bout your luck and congragulations you helped to make them more of a super power.........After reading all these shipping complaints for years now you'd figure some shipper would offer some kind of live item expediting or somethin.........

lol thats considered late freight it is mandatory for fed-ex to get that paxkage to u. what you have to do is call the station that it is arriving to and tell them its livestock and u HAVE to HAVE them delivered to u. you shouldve received it tonight by now. sh!t happens no delivery company is perfect. but apparently whatever CH08 is using obviously works cus no one has complained yet. i work for fedex like i said and i know all the BS that goes on.
