Default What is !

What is the hardest thing you deal with in your aquarium ~ Is it phosphate , Nitrates , diatoms etc ,,

How long have you been dealing with the issue and what steps have you taken to resolve the problem. after all this has it helped ?

For me phosphates. I used tap water the first year that I had my tank setup. It was fine for about 10 months, then the rocks and sand could hold no more PO4 and all hell broke loose.

I keep finding these disformed starfish on my glass lately. My solutions so far is to pull them out manually but i heard a harlequin shrimp will eat them so i am in search of one.

chong i had hundreds of them got a pair of harleys within a week they were all gone now i feed them one chocolate chip star every month

for me it would be phosphates,and the algae that grows because of them.
