Kill-A-Watt for only $13.99
I am not sure how many are aware of this device but I though I'd give you heads up on a great price at NewEgg.com ($13.99)
This little device, plugs between the outlet and the device and it allows you to read voltage, amperage, wattage, frequency and KWh. The last one will allow you to estimate how much a particular device is costing you per month. Just like the meter outside will measure KWh for the entire house, this will measure KWh of only the device(s) plugged in. Originallyl for $19.99 it is on sale for $17.99 but with coupon( EMCAHBFAJ ) I just got in the e-mail it's only $13.99. Great price, for great device.
