Default ID Please

I just found this a few days ago just bellow my GBTA and well it could be a baby or something else, i have never seen this before. It is about 1/8 of an inch big and only saw it at first when the moonlights were on, the green ring on it glows. Is it good or bad?
Thanks for ahy insight as to what it is.

Hey Bio I saw something that looked like that in a magazine that I have. The issue was about mushrooms. When I get home I'll get you the scientific name of it and you can do a search on it.Check for my post later on.

thanks guys, i guess it is from the mushroom family but looks just like a tiny anemone. It is at the top of my tank but shaded by the green bubble tip anemone. Hopefully there are more and propagates because it does look nice at night.

Although I've never seen one with green, I think it's a Ball Anemone. Most have red, pink or white bases, they are for the most part, benthic and harmless. My tank is loaded with them.
