autoponicz 50br mixed reef
tank is a 50 breeder ,drilled with a dual glass overflow...DIY stand and canopy...custom sump/fuge(about 25g) octopus recirc 150....koralia 3's,nanostream 6045(modded)...panworld return pump...RK2...for lightng i started with an aquatinics tx5 fixture and now have changed to a outer orbit (2x150w phoenix 14k and 4 t5-ho bulbs).
tank is still in the infant stage......i added corals slowly during this time and got caught by the sps bug....tank was started in the early months of '07.
but after all the sps frags i got....decided to reaquascape for more real estate at the top of the rockwork.....for fish i have a GS maroon clown, lemonpeel mimic tang, chromis, lubbocks wrasse.
for corals i have a variety of sps(birdsnest,milli,acro,monti,zoos,acan lords,micromussa,and a few shrooms....

thanks.....
still trying to get the best color out of my sps....
but i have been feeding more and noticed some better coloring at the moment....
i plan to rebuild my sump...change to another skimmer...and use a eheim 1262 for my return...i find the panworld pump too noisy...even with the fan mod on it.
but heres the recent pic of the new rockwork and with the MH fixture....(my camera sucks)..or its my whack camerea skills...the pics are either too blue or too dim...
pics are from the next day after the rescape...still looking for permanent coral placement.
