I suck when it comes to woodworking, I can accomplish something, but it is'nt always up to standard. I'm sure there are others here who could help you better than I could. Did'nt Twinreef and RSTimeout make their own stands?
Do a search, there a plenty of plans for making stands. Also do a search for bendable plywood.
If no one else drops in to help, PM me and I'll do what I can to help you get-r done.

I would personally build the stand bigger then the tank , make it so you have enuff room under the stand to fix a proper sump and skimmer.

to make a Bow front stand will be kind of difficult as it's hard to get wood to bend properly and look right. This might be something if you're not good at wood working to have done professionally.

what i might do is just build it to spec with a rectangular tank, and just have the bowfront come to the fornt, and then the bow out to just do whatever. Simplicity, ahh.

Thats what I would do just build a frame of 2x4's and lots of bracing and just build it rectangular. Who cares about the bow part just make the stand larger then the tank and set the tank on it. Just pay detailed attention to your supports. Throw some decent wood on the frame and waterproof/stain it with something that looks good. When I setup my tank I also had a piece of plexiglass cut to the dimensions of the top of my stand to prevent water from damaging the top of my stand. It cost like 30 bucks and my stand was over 48" long x 20" deep. If you can weld you have lots of new options open to you
