John,
Sounds like you have a good thing going, the live food is a great way to take care of them as long as you have an abundant supply.
---I can catch shrimp like nobody's business, and I just bought another tank to house them... so much for free seahorses!
Glad to here the temp is staying in the 72-74 range...
--- Glad they like the temperature I keep my house at
Sounds like they are eating well...
---Too well!

I wish I had fresh shrimp for dinner tonight!
The nassarius snails are a great addition to the tank as they will quite happily enjoy chomping down on the left overs...
-----I think I will stick with a bunch of them, got 30 in there now, I get a good price on them though.

Got a cucumber too to throw in there if my brother doesn't catch me doing it. He wanted it to be a biotope, which pretty much keeps it boring as they live in halimeda fields by us. He keeps pulling out the colorful macros, (okay maybe he did it only once), and I waiting to put them back in, but don't want to stress them. I don't think they will get stressed though, they don't seem to care about anything. I could easily just pic them up with my bare hand, they don't really get scared at all. Like that in the wild too. You can literally pet one and it wouldn't move more than an inch.
Keep the pics coming...You can sex Sea Horses pretty easily...It comes down to weather or not the pouch is present, if their is a pouch its a male, no pouch female..I have gotten pretty good at sexing them as small as about 2"....
----Oh the small one is about 4 inches if you pulled his tail straight. (maybe male to looks a little pouch like but not as defined as in the larger horse, and I didn't have anything to compare too. Pics will be coming, I am slow about them as everyone here knows. (got to build that suspense!)
