Yeah, I'm thinking if I take this little crab out, I'm keeping it in my sump cuz it's actually pretty cool looking. I'm not sure what it is, it's a light golden color, very small, almost see through.

Yeah that's how mine started out. Like a fool, I actually had mine in my sump at one point on accident and decided it seemed harmless enough to put back in the display tank.

Is your 20L a newer setup? I'm following this thread and your ideas on the 29, too. Luckily if you're transfering from the 20 to the 29 if you upgrade, you can take your time and get things settled the way you want them because you have the 20 going already. That's nice!

Sorta newer. The date of the first post in this thread is the day after (I think) I set my 20 up which was mid April I think. I appreciate you following both! I'll take all the input I can get.

Oh yeah, I did see that. Sorry. Keep the updates coming, there's nothing quite like watching a reef being created!!

Updated FTS. This is after moving.
Ok so there's quite a bit to update, yet again. New lighting. 4-24w t5 lighting, I've moved my pico over, added a green clown goby a couple more random zoas, finally started running carbon last night, added a GBTA, and I think that's it. Most of the rock from the pico went into the sump along with an inch of the sand and the giant bristle worms. The sexy shrimp, hermit crab, and blue velvet damsel went into the display tank and the sexy shrimp have fallen in love with the GBTA. Unfortunately it's settled on the backside of my rocks so it's not visible in pics.

Some green zoas. I don't think they were originally ORA but I dont know. I can get a better pic of those later. That shot isn't the best because the flash ruins the colors and it was on a camera phone. I really don't know the name of them. gsago might, he helped set the tank up at our new place and a huge thanks to him for that!

Why stop there? Here's my damsel. He's outgrown my clown so I'm not quite sure what I'll do for keeping him in check now but he still bows down to the clown for now.

Working on a project which will be documented in the DIY section later as I have time. In the meanwhile, here's another FTS. It's missing several of my corals since I've moved most to my frag tank for better growth.

Thanks for the warning FK. After almost a year of having all 4 fish in the 20, the damn damsel decided to start picking on my cardinals, while I was on vacation of course. I immediately moved them to my 3g until I can catch him. I've been wanting to get another sponge crab so I'm thinking about a 10g FOWLR to put the damsel and a sponge crab in. I'm also looking at upgrading the 3g to a 10g but these thoughts are whole different threads

Got tired of my 20 and just didn't like many aspects of it. Here it is on it's last day. Farewell 20 long. It was a long journey and I thank you for treating me well.

le sigh. I miss you 20g reef, even with your quirky PITA gorilla crab and dam damsel.
