PFO HQI Ballast. Comes with two bulbs and two reflectors. I believe those can fire DE bulbs if you go that route. If you don't take them I might for a frag tank or something.

250W HQI halide system, NYC

Don't be fooled by the date, he still has them. I spoke to him last night.
