I agree with the mini wetsaw(its not that noisey)
To expand on what OctaviousMonk said, if you cut the rock/skeleton underneath about 1/2 to 3/4 through then crack the rock. I like to use a clean razor to finish the cut through the flesh. Works well for zoas too, and no palytoxins flying near your face.

What i hate about fragging is that i take my dremel to all my reef brothers house, And they never let me frag there corals........lol
